Do I need to bring anything?

Just a bag if you have one. We don't ask for ID, proof of income, or an address on your first visit.

How often can I come?

Once a week for groceries, and every Thursday for dinner. Emergencies are always an exception. Just tell the front desk.

Can someone pick up for me?

Yes. Send a neighbor or family member with your name and household size.

Do you have halal, kosher, or allergy-friendly food?

We keep a labeled shelf for each, and volunteers can help you find what fits your diet.

Shifts are three hours. No experience needed. We'll pair you with someone who's done it a hundred times.

How old do volunteers need to be?

14 and up on your own, any age with a parent. The garden is the best place for little ones.

Can my company or church come as a group?

Yes. Saturday mornings fit groups of up to 20. Book at least two weeks ahead.

Do I need a background check?

Only for kids' garden programs. We cover the cost and it takes about a week.

Can I count hours for school?

We sign service-hour forms for every school in the district.

Come to Thursday dinner once. That's all we ask. You'll know what to do after that.
